Comfort Heroes did a fantastic job moving laundry hookups from the basement to upstairs. They were the only company I contacted for an estimate that included everything I asked for; plumbing, electrical, HVAC and building permit. The other companies just gave me the runaround and kept changing their price and scope of what they wanted to do. The Comfort Heroes guys were very helpful in answering my questions and honoring the bid price when doing the work. They were professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

These guys are awesome! Jeremy came out Friday to give us a quote for a water heater, super nice, super knowledgeable. Joe came out Monday to do our install; went above and beyond, hauling out our old one and picking up the new one for us. Process was super quick and easy! 10/10 highly recommend!

Comfort hero’s did an amazing job coming out right away when my heat went out. They also were able to do a full install of my new furnace the very next morning! Joe and Justin were super helpful and great communication on the process.. highly recommended them!

My first and only experience with Comfort Heroes was unsatisfactory as well as being very disappointed. My significant other and I recently moved into a house that was having issues with the water not being as hot as it should be. We had done our research into the issue and tried to resolve the issue ourselves because it seemed to be a fairly easy process. After trying we decided to give Comfort Heroes a call. They had came out to our house after a couple of days of getting into contact with them. We had the first technician take a look and they had said that the hot water was not adjustable because it was too old (the bathroom was done 6 years ago so it made me question a little bit). Quoted us out for 1600 of labor and replacing EVERYTHING because the hot water isn’t able to be adjusted in through the knob. The situation seemed a little fishy so I had requested another technician to give us more information about what was going on and the choices that we had to resolve the issue. Again, quoted us for $1600 because “it wasn’t adjustable”. Still seemed super weird to be how something that is 6 years old is “too old to be adjusted” especially in a house renovation. I had my significant others Father take a look at our shower to see if we really needed to spend the $1600 to have the right temperature of water. Upon investigation the faucet was adjustable and they were trying to have us pay $1600 for something that was easily fixable. My first and only experience was not a good one and I hope that I am just one of the few because of the 4.4 rating that shows when you look up the business on Google. I’m really disappointed with the experience that we got. Moral of the story is to do your due diligence otherwise in our situation we would’ve spent $1600 for something that was free to fix!

Jerry came to my home on time and with a smile. He was very informative and answered all my questions. He explained what he was doing and the price point for all the things he was doing before he performed any of the services. He left the area clean when he was done. Jerry is a great asset to the Comfort Hero’s team. Will definitely be requesting Jerry for any future services needed at my home.

We had Joe (plumbing) over today to work on some issues in our 1930s home. We have old pipes and have known for some time that it was going to be a big project. He was thorough, prompt, and accommodating. We did opt for financing and that process was seamless as well. We will continue to use Comfort Heroes when needed!
